    That is some serious reinforcement on the V! What's your gap like?

    The reinforcement is 1/16 Aluminum. The gap is 3.5 mm.

    I use to use that gap until I was told it wasn't enough. I now use 1/4"

    What size cable were you using and what issues if any were you having.

    Didn't have any issues, at the time it was quest for speed so I was told to give the flex enough room to expand and not cause any friction from the drive dog or washer. I run 3/16 OSE HD flex in my V and the same in my Zelos.

    Friction from the drive dog makes sense.
