Sigmund Freud, Once considered the Father of modern Psychoanalytic Theory developed most of his thinking using case studies of women who sought him out for psychotherapeutic analysis. As the story goes, on his death bed, surrounded by many of his graduate students, he was asked to relate in his last dying breath to sum up what he learned about women.
His response :
"The great question that has never been answered, and which I have not yet been able to answer, despite my thirty years of research into the feminine soul, is 'What does a woman want?'"
