The cg isat the middle of the second step starting from transom.

Definitely like the new, simpler design better! But so much hard work just scrapped though! What did you not like about the old scheme? Just the quality? Or the look? With a nice clearcoat you could get away with some paint mistakes.

The old scheme and design was nice, the only thing really didn't like was the colors combination, a lot of them. I'm using "House of Kolors" paint and final clear coat, love this quality paint.

The lettering looks great. Is it a decal or painted?

Iridebikes, Just finish the paint job, hardware was preassembled just need to install it again and setting controllers.
Boredome, the lettering its a vinyl mask decals, after paint must be removed then you'll see the outline in white color, the inner its airbrushed on grey to black.

Best to create a new thread of your own. The MHZ 114 and 138 hulls are very difficult to steer until the boat is out of the water on plane. You need to point them in the general direction, slowly increase throttle and correct your steering once the hull is riding high in the water.

That's possible, but unlikely at slow speeds. The geometry of the steering rods, cables, and servo horn can also affect the performance of the rudder actuation.
