    Default What Foam used in sponsons

    Hi i am planning to shape some sponsons and lay ply over the foam but i dont know what sort of foam to use for this. Can someone tell me what foam to use for shapeing sponsons

    I use a foam called depron it is a high density stiff foam sheet and laminate them together. Sorry I can givde no more as I am rather dunk at ths time. hekko and cjheers for now

    I use the pink or blue construction foam that one would find at a lumber yard or do it yourself type center. Honestly any white beer cooler foam will work just fine. Scratch up the foam surfaces that you will be glueing with coarse sand paper so the epoxy will adhere better.
