    Default 1/8 scale turbine

Anyone have a source for 3" OD thinwalled aluminum tubing? Any other suggestion for a 1987 Miss Bud turbine? GRH

Find a metal shop in your area and have them roll out a sheet and screw the bottom together.

My first choice would be the turbine tube made by R/C Boat Company. Steve makes an epoxy tube with the correct bend for the '87 Bud. http://www.rcboatcompany.com/SG118CB.html

For straight tubes, McMaster-Carr has .030 wall thickness 3" aluminum in 3 ft. lengths. Takes a lot of work to finish, but is well worth it.

This is my '94 T-4 with tube from M-C.
