Purpose:
Enable clubs to allow guests to run the controls of a low-powered club/demonstration boat with an IMPBA spotter for a nominal
fee while keeping the General Liability coverage in force. Can be used at club pond or during a brief demonstration period at an
event (example; during a special time set aside between racing contests). Confers a limited, temporary membership status only.
Not valid for racing. Intended for single use on that day only.

There has been quite a bit of discussion about things such as this!
