LVC kicking on early

Hi guys
I'm new to electric so forgive any dumb questions and admin delete if this is already answered somewhere else on forum I missed.

I have a New Voracity and three sets of lipos

the 1st set works great Venom 5000mah 50c (46.6mph)

the 2nd set keeps shutting down boat after 1st high speed pass Turnigy 4000mah 30-45c

The 3rd also work ok 2s ***** 4000mah 45c (28.9mpn)

The Turnigy work great in my Savage Flux HP 1/8 scale 4x4

Sounds like you possibly have a weak cell in one of those 2 packs. The boat is going to stress the packs way more than any car/truck; more amperage draw.
