Hey ray are the classes gonna be the same? can we get a P-Cat class or a Q offshore??

I don't see a problem with p cat..q offshore?? not sure about that..q hydro was a little crazy last year..but we have our first club meeting this weekend..will throw out some ideas

p classes............mono..cat..sport hydro..opc..offshore..maybe hydro(rigger)..offshore
q classes............mono..sport hydro..q is up in air due to size of our course..
if any suggestions let me know asap

Hey Ray I dont know who is in charge of running this race but Q-mono should be turned into Q offshore, (my personal opinion) the boats run slower and can be more spread out over the course, 6 monos on that course for sprint racing would be rediculous. Also I would like to see a P-cat class run and P offshore like always has been run? Also on the sign up there is q-hydro and that should be changed to Q-Sport Hydro, I believe that is the class that was intended. Also on the Rc racing events site there is no format as to when classes would be run and how many heats of each class on each day????
These are my suggestions, unfortunately for me I would not attend without these changes especially the p offshore and p cat, as I no longer run any p-limited classes, I leave p-limited for the kids.

ok thats cool ur still going to run q mono on that course??? ur crazy, and there is no format listed either? are we running all the classes every day? usually its the offshore and a couple other classes on fri and everything else on sat and sunday??? Thanks.

I'm building a new Q mono this winter. I'll run mono with it and Ty will run offshore. Q offshore is still pretty crazy Mike. I've seen your Sprint cat mister. You don't slow down much with that.

Keep your boats per heat down in that class at WW. Try to go with 4. We have the same problem with Q sport here. It works but if the boats are closely matched you run out of water quick in the front straight.

Kinda bummed I can't make this one. Who knows with me though. It's only November. Got a LOT of racing I'm trying to do next year.
