Default ESC for TP Pro Comp 4092 2200kv on my Mono-P

I have 2 seaking 180A to throw at this but was wondering because this motor per spec can pull 4500W @ 25V (~7S) which is 180A draw and using W/E = I, if I drop the voltage to 4S (14.8) Then that is 304A! which would a Seaking 180A on a spike. Now they rate max current on this ESC as 1080A, read the spec, but that is an outlandish BS current without deep frying the ESC . because temps would most likely destroy the ESC, motor, receiver and burn the boat. Would I be much safer with a 220 or 240A Swordfish pro which max at 300A? Don't want to blow up on my first race.
