Flex shaft new Voracity

Love this boat! Very different from my Impulse 29.
A few initial issues however. Mine arrived with a defective prop. Horizon has agreed to replace it however most parts are on back order. After only 6 runs the flex shaft is untwisting from the cut end and is useless. Again parts on backorder. I will be speaking with Horizon after the holiday about the shaft. Have not had problems with the Mystic, I wonder if the Vorocity was rushed to market with no replacement parts available.
Is there an alternate source for flex shaft so I can get back to enjoying my Voracity?

It just takes a regular 3/16 flex cut to fit.

Great. Now the inexperienced questions.
I see flex shaft assemblies for 3/16" props and a few shaft diameter choices. IE .130 and .150 dia?
Also right and left hand rotation.
I feel stupid but ready to learn.
