Default Program for Zippkits Mini Sprint.

I am building up a Zippkits Mini Sprint. Zip 4400 kv motor, Seaking 60 amp esc., and 2s battery. What should the timing value be, and how do you figure that out?

I believe the ESC has a high medium and low setting, ya need to figure out what the motor calls for, I used to deal with that stuff all the time but forgot

Hey Dan. Thanks for your response. I think you are correct about the esc having 3 levels of timing. I'm trying to find out where to set it, with the little outrunner motor (4400kv) that I'm using. I haven't put everything together yet, so I haven't been able to try anything yet. Maybe this weekend.

    Cool

Without knowing more details about the motor (Zippkits gives minimal information) like most outrunners it should be safe on the 'low' setting. You could try "medium" later to see if it performs better but if you do, monitor the temps carefully.

Hey Fluid, Thanks for the reply. I have to get some different bullet connectors today and I'll give it a try.
