New Bj 29 v3 owner. What is stock esc settings and other questions about this boat

Hello.
I just got a new blackjack 29 v3.
What is the stock esc settings?
Wonder when the lipo cut and if i could drive it in or if it just stop?

What is the button on the esc cable? Lipocutoff? How do i know its on?
Is it on 100% power stock?
Going to look after a place to order program led card but the shipping could take a few weeks and i want to try it first.

I could not get the screw on the servo mount out, the screw that is mounted into the black glued floor in the hull, it just spin easy round both ways and it would not get out.
Is it a nut under? Could not get any tool under there.

Hi. The switch is on and off power.
Stock esc is 15 timing and have lipocut. The boat will cut and you will get it in.

Still wonder about the servo screw..
