    Default 1/8 Scale Races.

    Here are 3 heats from last Sunday.
    Mines the red U36 shovel.

    Heat 1
    Hit a floating wing from another boat with my turn fin & flipped.
    Heat 2
    Had a good start & finish.
    Heat 3.
    Had a great battle with Ash, but couldn't get round him.
    Such a fun day.

    Paul how many of those boats did u build? The old shovel showed the turbans how to do it lol

    I built the Lauterbach U-36 shovel for myself, & converted that big Vantex Formula hydro for Mark (Mad Racer on this forum.)
    But I have built the U-95 for myself also, plus two Executone hulls for other club members & converted another of those Vantex gas hulls for another, with another hull on the bench right now as a work in progress. Blimy!! that's 7 of the things I've had a hand in.

    Here's the U-95 working hard for a win after a muffed start & a flip in the second lap. This was from a previous race meeting.
