    Default Aeromarine Challenger

Showing off my new P-Limited Super Sport Mono. Aeromarine Challenger. I've seen one run as a P-Mono in the past and it handled really well. Figured I would give one a try as it completes my quest to run only American made hulls.

31 inch's long. Nice freeboard height. My first build with a wet well and went back to a strut instead of the stingers I had been running. The hull comes with the carbon floor so I kept the build very simple and as light as I could. It is a strong hull. I am at 6.25 lbs race ready. Hardware is mainly my home made along with Speedmaster strut and rudder. Will be powered by the TP 3630 and a Turnigy Marine 120.

The drivers are from my old Graupner Systems Cat. The driver is Jeff as he doesn't drink. The navigator is Sean as he is good at finding hot spots with his I Phone. And me, I just hold on and hope I make it through the weekend. :)

Thanks guy's. Still need to fabricate a small lexon windshield for it. This should finish it up.

Eating chop and race water is the goal. I have seen it done with this hull so I am really optimistic.

Nice boat, I love these hulls. I currently have 3, 1 with 700BB brushed motor, 1 with a Feigo brushless motor and third with an OPS 21 i.c motor. Just love the scale like appearance

Only problem is the cost of 3 Williams Bros pilot figures each time to fill out the cockpit!

This boat runs as good as it looks! I have personally finished 2nd behind this boat. Mr. Peterson showed us how it was done in P-mono a few weeks back at our club race. This hull is really good in race water; much more stable than my Revolt. Love the scale appearance too.

I know this is an old thread but I have been out of the scene for a few years and just catching back up. Nice 31 Challenger. That's the hull I used to make my scale Scarab Sport. Great running hull!
