Default How to sharpen and thin a copper/titanium prop?

I've seen a video of someone sharpening a prop. Looks like you file it From the BACK of the prop.....but I've yet to come across the process of thinning a prop. Can anyone give me the 'Thinning a prop - 101' lesson?

    Thanks

You should research this heavily before undertaking. The dust that is created from filing copper berilium is highly toxic! Because of this toxicity and my lack of knowledge with b&s a prop, I decided to have someone else do it for me.

This is a good heads up, also those props ( Grim Racer Aqua Craft) are the moat difficult to b&s, they need to be thinned properly in order to work their magic .
Dasboata ( Chris) has his workshop set up properly so any metallic dust is vacuumed away, he posted a picture of his work shop.
Too many boats, not enough time...
