Default What charge is on the batteries when shipped

Does anybody know before a manufacturer ships out lipo's what kind of charge are on them. I just realized I purchased some nano techs at the end of the summer and didn't get a chance to use them... Well they have been sitting as shipped on a shelf in my basement.

1 should the batteries be ok.
2 should I fully charge them then put a storage charge?
3 should I just leave as is until I go to use them in the spring?

Ok so I should be ok then... Just got four batteries at the end of the summer cause for some reason they took almost three months from hobby king. Oh well I should have enough for the boats and the new axial yeti now.
