So the CNC prop is machined do you need to thin it at all or is it ready to go in all aspects. Do you mod it at all? That price is about the same as a raw octura prop.

I don't really care for the CNC props myself. They are supposed to be "good to go" when you get them but my own personal experience has been that they don't perform as well as a S/B Octura.
I tried a set of CNC 45 mm C/R on my Cheetah once and they were slower than a set of Octura C/R 442's.

Ive always used Octura and had good results. Just a little more work.

    Rich,

The issue with Octura and LEFT turn racing is there are very few reverse rotation props to pick from in the Octura line-up.

What I use the CnC props for is to figure out what's gonna work on the boat, then I'll S&B a Octura or two when I get close with the CnC props.

The CNC props are good- if you B&C them.
    Also less rotating weight.
    I do use them.

    YIKES
Its been my experience with boats ya gotta ask around and try different props to see what works and end up with a whole box of worthless ones that you never use. Part of the game. On my gas mono I had about 6-7 props and used one. I guess that is why they call it a hobby...... or a hole in the water you throw money into just on a smaller scale.

We're going to Colorado to check out our possible new vacation house.
I'm curious as to whether anyone has made arrangements for transporting the rescue boat for the coming weekend? My minivan has no hitch so I for sure can't do it.
If given adequate notice I can cancel the run listing for the 25th on the website though.
Oh, another thought. Unless Scott is going to be there you might want to grab the key for the gate too.

No Bill, No one has stepped up to volunteer for it yet, I was gonna post it again so this will be the post. If any body wants to haul the rescue boat out this weekend get with me by Friday, I'm leaving early Saturday morning my flight leaves Tampa @ 6:00am so I'm leaving my house @ 3:00am. My Phone # is 737-0197 you need a 2" ball or a Reese receiver and a standard flat 4 light plug. Bill I guess give it till Thursday and if no one has stepped up then call it for the weekend.

Sorry no hitch on the VW
I got my plans today. Not what I expected. They look more like bad washed out blueprints. Not very visible. I dont know if this is the way they look but I wished I would have saved my money. I could build it just as good without it. Does anyone know if they improve when you get them reduced?

I am going to go up to Brandon on Saturday as well. Haven't seen Smock in ages. They will have some amazing scales in attendance.

No, I got a key from Chris (osprey21) but it must have been the wrong one. It wouldn't fit the lock.

Brian, plan on bringing your boat, cause nobody has made plans to pick up the club boat as of yet.
