Very cool. Has it been run or is it just in it's infancy?

It's just a plug . I'm in the process of molding the cowl now.
Dana
And what shall the length be? I have been wanting a Canard for quite some time.
Guys this forum is for builds only. No comments are suppose to be in this section.
Believe it all says no posting yet below forum section.
I'll be moving this thread to boat building talk.

Dana likes to do big boats guys. how big is this one?
Nice looking canard. Are these going to be available, or are you doing this just for personal use?

Very good, I would really love to try a Canard.
Thanks Randy.

Pulled the first boat from the molds, everything looks great. It came out at 6 pounds.
Yes this boat will be gas powered . I should add that I installed carbon fiber overlay in the wings for plenty of support.
this should be made in 10th scale
Made some changes to the Canard.
First test it didn't come up on plane. So I re-designed the sponsons.
Second test it came up on plane but nose dived in a turn. I re-designed the nose and more work on the sponsons.
Ready for the third test.
Dana
Try laying the rudder back on a slight angle, it will then lift the nose in a turn, its an old solution when trimming tunnel hulls for racing.
Hmmm, I'll have to keep that in mind . Thanks
Dana
Third test was last Saturday and had some great results.
