I resent the money last night and also sent you a pm that I sent it. When I checked my PayPal it said it was waiting for you to accept the payment.

I want one of these motors but funds are still tight. If you have a extra when you get in the order that would be great. Special deal for a retired old man????

grayhamby paypal showed up. Still nothing from 80mac. Don't panic. We got time and I will get you in on the order.

Like I said I bought a new computer and was without mine for 3 days for the data transfer. Then once I got them both back my IT director (my wife) had to reset all my e-mail settings, printer drivers etc. etc. What a pain in the a$$. Now I am traveling with and using my old computer because my new one has issues. Doby's right, damm spec computers.

I went all over my paypal looking for where to acknowledge payments. That page or button doesn't exist. Help please. I know grayhamby cancelled and resent once or twice. Anyway don't panic. We'll get it done.

Randy - I'll slip your name on one. We'll work it out.

80mac. Still nothing. When I get back to my office Friday afternoon I will get paypal on the phone. There has to be a glitch somewhere on my end due to my computer switching around. I am going to want this fixed.

    Your good Ray.

The full order will go in on Monday. I think this one is around 30 or so.

It takes a while to get a human, so get comfy, speaker phone helps. Once you get them, they'll sort it out. Most likely you were flagged as a cheese throwing terrorist, taking donations everywhere to assist in your plan of Spec boat domination.

Thanks for pointing that out, I used the address that Doug listed in post #36 and there is no "s" but I see it now in post #56. I will try again.

Just placed the TP motor order. Full order this round is 33.

This will be my last. OSE will now be carrying the motor.

Will keep you all updated as we go with the order.

Yep - all motors will have the 5mm shaft and flat spot. As for the max amps - that's the problem with manufacturer specs - can't use them. Already hit some motors with way more amps in our testing.

Wasn't a member when the 1st round was done, sorry. - Original plan was to put a "gold can" in my IM31; saw these motors & changed plans. You (& most others on this forum) seem to know about those "gold cans" so I won't beat a dead horse.

Thanks Doug - preciate the update.

    1. Well, guess that explains why you recommended a 120A ESC minimum - I'm going 180A, 4s only & will prop accordingly, that should keep me out of trouble.

    2. Does that apply to most (all) brushless motors?? Or just marine applications??

    Thanks

RCBoaterGuy - you will be very happy with the quality of the TP motor versus the 2030. Really not even in the same league.

As for your question No. 2 I can't answer that. I do not know. My only other motor experience is with the Lehner motors. IMO the BMW of motors.
