Just wanted to tell about the service I have got from Revolectrix. Last month I ordered a pair of 2s 5500 70c packs and when I opened the box I discovered that they had 12swg wires instead of 10swg. I pm'd revojohn and then sent him an email with picture. The response, "shoot, I'll send you some more".
The replacements turned up today and I am a very happy customer. Thankyou to John and Revolectrix for looking after your customer so well. Absolute tops! I can not only recommend the product but the after sales service as well.

Same experience here too with one HV that puffed, had a replacement within a week with no questions asked!

Oscar, you are telling me that you got a faulty pack from the gitgo? Don't believe it.

2 - 5s 2450's as 10s in parallel with 2 - 5s4200's as 10s. One of the 2450's puffed. I would expect both to puff it it were shorted which didn't happen.
