Default BJ 29 Stripped motor bolt

New to the FE boating. Just bought a new rtr and decided to epoxy the seams and wood so I removed everything in the boat I could. I guess I used a little too much muscle installing the motor back in the boat and stripped the nut that is in the motor mount. I don't really know what to do besides being mad at myself lol.

Cut a slot in the screw head with a dremel and back the screw out with a flat head screw driver.

Did you strip the blind nut that is under the wood?
Too many boats, not enough time...

Pour some epoxy into the hole and re-tap. Easy fix.
