    Default BJ29 Stock servo removal/replacement

I need to replace the stock Dynamite servo in my BJ29. After I removed the little piece of ply holding it down, it seems stuck/glued down with something. Is it glued as well from the factory? How to pry that servo out of there without damaging the ply tray it sits on?

The stock servo is glued in securely! I had to almost destroy the thin plywood tray and rip it apart to pry the servo loose... Ouch!

I epoxied my boat and could not move it even with a decent amount of force. So I left it and epoxied around it.

Use a hair dryer and heat it up a bit. Should come out easier
