Wow, we need more info. What boat, what motor. What prop, what packs, what ESC, what servo, what receiver? Give us all details!

My bad. its a 900mm Genesis with Leopard 4082 1600kv HKreciever Flier big 180amp controller, 5.0 nanotech 130c 3s x 2 in series, and prop 3 blade unknown. servo HK one i think,

I'm thinking its the servo, im sure it didn't do that 6months since i last used it. Not the best setup but keeps me happy (for now)

It is most likely the servo, especially if it got wet. BTW it is a bad idea to give a boat full throttle when out of the water.
