    Default Low throttle issue

    Hi guy's

Newbie here to the brushless world and am having an issue getting any low end throttle response. Here's the setup, 1/16th scale Air Sea Rescue boat, Specktrum DX6i mode 2 radio, twin Leopard 4074's 1050KV, Seaking 180A ESC's, 11.1 dual packs to each motor. I do not seem to be able to adjust the throttle settings to start the motors until almost 1/3 stick movement, have not had the opportunity to test in water yet, but it seems like it will reach full RPM. Will changing the timing setting alter when the motors start to turn? Can the same timing be used on counter rotating applications? Any timing suggestions? I would like the RPM to start sooner and have a broader range of adjustability. Will be water testing ASAP, will advise.

    Thanks for the help, Larry

Have you calibrated the throttle in Step 2?

STEP #2. Throttle Range Setting (Throttle Range Calibration)
In order to make the ESC fit the throttle range, you
must calibrate it for the following cases; otherwise the
    ESC cannot work properly.

    Manual
