Default Swordfish 240A - Misaligned Cooling Tubes.

Well here's something I didn't expect to find.

I just received a Swordfish 240A from the OSE guys. There was a bit of gumpf clogging one of the cooling tubes on it. Cleaned that out no prob then happened to peer up it to see if there was any more jamf up there. I noticed the cooling tube seemed to be split about in the middle, and was pretty badly misaligned at the split. Checking the others, I found those were split too. So...... what's the go with this? Is that how they come? Or is this a return job? Easy to fix??? Safe to run water trough there????????? Not so impressed after spending that much on an esc I gotta say. Emailed Steve about it but, thought I'd ask the OSE community too.
