    Default new to boating waiting on my motley crew to come in questions

    well i ordered a new motley crew should be here Friday are so. please forgive me for asking a dumb question but i know all of u have had lots of time to run these, what should i do before putting it on the water. any thing i should do and check on these boats. setting it up to run 4s lipo. and got the upgraded prop balanced . any suggestions to make the first run good

    just have fun. ran mine outta the box... check the collet make sure the flex shaft is tight. pull the throttle full throttle after plugging in lipos or else the esc wont arm

    Snug all screws, remove flex shaft to grease.
