I purchased a used gen one with adjustable tabs ,the boat needs to get back more on the pad im running 4s on stock motor and esc with a grime reapor 45x22 sharpened and balanced, what angle should I set the plates at they have to be undone to adjust so I would like a good start point if I can get one

you don't need the trimtabs on that hull ,i put mine all the way up and 0° angle

i guess your strut has to much negative angle :so it's pusching the nose to much down

maybe a picture of the back?

Sorry to hear about that-- those things are like lake land mines...
If you get another impluse I have a useful setup/running guide (for the V2) that also covers upgrades and prop selection, it is a word file, if you would like a copy of it my email is [email protected]. I personally like the x642 for the stock setup.
