Exceed upgraded Brushless buggy any good for first buggy ?

Need some help and info on this stuff,
Exceed 1/10 upgraded Brushless buggy.
Very new to cars and trucks,
Would this be a good step into them ?
Has a Waterproof Trackstar motor 4250kv and combo 80a esc (2-3s capable).
