    Esc problem

So i have just purchased 2 new 4s turnigy lipos thinking it was a bad lipo. I have 2 leopard motors and 2 turnigy 120 esc's.The problem is that when i give it throttle the one esc dosent spin up a the same time like its on a delay for a second. When i put it in the water it quickly looses all power on that esc. Ive switched sides of the motors, lipos, and esc's but still does it on the same esc. Do i need a new one?

Most likely you just need to recalibrate your escs. Go through the settings make sure they are set up the same then follow the esc directions for setting the stop position ant the full speed position on both escs.
Mine did this a while back.
