    Default A Pair of Carbon Fiber Fantasms

    Here are 2 CF Fantasms I built. One is for Jason at Fightercat. The other is my SAW boat. TP 4092 motors in both, Swordfish 220a/6s ESCs in one and FCR 300a/8s in the other.

    My first SAW attempt didn't go that well....



    Some more testing after repairing the hull on lower voltage.

    see these sexi girls soon. I just splashed and got to test my carbon cat a few days ago. All I can say wickid....

    Thanks, I was planing on taking the Fantasm and 60'' Outerlimits to the Shootout, but won't be able to make it. Hope to see some good vid of "Current Problem" and your big cat though....

    You got some good lookin kids there!! You guys make such clean looking builds!! She was just too pretty, had to get scratched up!! Now she'll be fast, got the first scratch out of the way !!

    Nice work. You don't grind the flange that sticks past the side rails off....that your hatch bolts go into? That would drive me nuts lol.

    I use to. The heat generated by the cut off wheel weakens the epoxy.
