Default The optimal timing for 1800 kv motor

    Hi everyone,
I've recived the SeaKing 180 amp.esc, now must to program it so wanted to know by someone who has already the experience what is the best timing for the 1800 kv stock motor?
I'm not so intrested in speed, but in reliability.
    Thanks all, Niky.

i'm confused : i see in another post that you want a 6s set-up and then you write that you are not interested in speed but in reliability?

    that's about 40.000rpm................

    Hi iop65,
you're right, it's a little bit paradoxical, I want a 6s set-up and I'm not intresting in speed as in reliability.
Why, it's because I bought 3 couples of 3s LiPo for the Spartan, don't want to annoy you how much I payed it here in Switzerland.
With the Spartan finished very bad and I have no pleasure to run it anymore, now I'm expecting the Imp. 31 v2, but... the 3s remained to me and I have to use it.
    Salute all, Niky.

    ha , now i understand!

in my opinion a 1800 kv motor is not a 6s motor , but as you can reed on the forum it works
if it was me i would change to a 3674 motor with something like 1500 or 1600Kv for 6s ,lot's easier for the driveline
