The answer to your question will be a few other questions: how big is your boat? How many cells are you planning on using? What size prop?
I can tell you this: unless it is a small boat with a smallish prop, and I mean no bigger than 15" ( the length of the hull that is) , and running only on 2 cell, it is possible to use such a high kv motor.

4500kv is too high, you will be better off getting a motor in the 3200kv range and 3s will be fast!
4500kv at 11.1volts, unloaded RPM is 49,950, way too high, and you are not running a SAW set up. I too wish AquaCraft will put a slightly higher kv motor in those boats, they are really aiming for the broadest spectrum of potential buyers.
