need machining done

I have a head on my monopod that I would like to modify. If I get some PTFE could someone mill it to a specific thickness, drill a
.250 hole in the center ad make it a circle? Basically I need an oversize washer witha .250 hole and a specific thickness? Hopefully I could find black PTFE to make them out of. I only need two of them.

I have some white PTFE and i could give it a try. I've never machined PTFE but, I'd like to see if I can. So what id the O.D. and actual thickness?

I'm sort of tight on time but, It's sounds like a neat challenge. I'm still prepping for the MI Cup etc, etc...

I get it now. It's for the pivot. It would give me a push to finish the cooler I have chucked up. Sounds pretty simple... bed time, I'm late!

Ray they are 1.050 diameter .150 thick and a .25 hole in the center.
