    Thanks for the compliments chaps.
I think silver & red might be the new 'Team' colours.

    Carl.
The ESC is a trusty old HiModel GX200A 8s version with BEC & a couple of extra caps added. I run them in all my boats.
    Prop is an X646/3.

We're in the middle of the State Titles at the moment & she has given me a 4th, three thirds, & a 1st in the last race. Not bad for its second time on the water & with no testing or dialing in before hand. I was changing props & making adjustments between races. Started with an H-5 then an H-7, a 1450, & then the X646/3 for the last 2 races. She got faster each time & still comes in with 33% in the pack. All that was enough to net me a second place for the class. Damn happy about that.
Any suggestion on the next prop to try would be appreciated, bearing in mind that we are only allowed 1P pack setups here in the land of Oz. I have ordered an H-13 to try.

I've got EB mono(6s) & EA Sports Hydro (4s) today. We'll see how we go there.
    Here's what I'll be running.
41" Osprey. 1527/1Y motor, Himodel GX200A, 447/3 back cut prop.
    33" Whiplash. TP Power 4083 2180kv motor, H-5 prop.
    And the pics.

you might want to try the ABC series of props.

    1716/1717/1718

    1814/1816

they have 4.1 to 4.4" of trailing edge pitch built in.

    thats why the smaller diameter.

    Thanks Carl.
I'm a fan of the ABC H series. The H-5 is the best prop I've had on the Whiplash so far. But I've never thought of trying the 17 or 18 series.
Thanks for the advice. I'll get a couple.

    Thanks Tim.
The paint is just a couple of rattle cans from the local Auto Supplies shop.

Unfortunately todays racing has been rained out so the last day has been canceled. Didn't get to run either class. Rats!!

    Cheers.

    Miserable day Scotty.
I was hoping that they would run the day at a later date. But not so.
    Such a pity for everyone.
