How do you connect the capacitor bank to the ETTI 220 ESC. The ETTI ESC has four power cables going in to the ESC, does the capacitor bank connect to all four wires or only on the top two wires or only on the two bottom wires?
? why so many wires 4 from batt 6 to motor thinking of getting one
? Why not. This is done to reduce resistance and increase the ESC's amp capacity. It also makes it easier to connect 2P setups on the battery side. The motor side is for the same reason, each pair of motor wires is soldered to the same connector for reduced resistance.
BTW this thread is a year old.....

At the OSE store if you look at all the pictures for this 220 esc you will see they use all 4 wires for the cap bank. Check the pictures, you'll see.

Loved my 150 till my water pickup clogged and it burnt up sent it for warranty/ repairs and was told it was never received find that hard to believe. So in short they are great till damaged the kiss you warranty goodbye
I just put a 220 in my 1/8 Scale. Great control so far, it doesn't even know it's in the boat.
I do wish they had left a bit more room between the boards and water cooling nipples.
lol thanks
