you need to actually get up and lave the house, go down to the post office, tell them you are there to pick up a package that is sitting there for you to pick up.
those turn fins are mounted dang high.
You really need to put in some effort, your wanting everyone to find this and that for you.

hey z400 i think your being a little harsh on him.. i think he should just do what he wants and then he will learn from his mistakes.. if you keep being harsh then he will getconfused as usual.lol.. but take it easy on my newbe brother will ya.. thanks
yo...wait till I get her in the water before you judge on the height of the fins it can be adjusted. it sits low in the water so wait until she runs. gosh darn.
just a kid with a super hawaii project
uh well i think he will be better off asking questions.. but just if its wasting your time then why do you have to view this then.. its fun to see how he does things different.. you could tell him that he is doing things wrong but dont be disrespectfull like that.. please do something else if you think you are wasting your time.. just dont reply.. its kinda rude.. what if someone just comes on to your thread and says that you are wastin their time.. would you fell disrespected and you would think its rude,, please take into consideration.. thanks
The hull seems to be more of a shallow V hull then a deep V, which means it is going to run a little lower in the water whilst planing. With the turn fins placed there they should be deep enough, Should'nt they ?
Come to the FASST side
internet people crack me up.
just help the kid out or don't post.
there is no need to be an @@@.
the fins do look high in my opinion too, but it is his boat and he will make adjustments as needed I'm sure.
Good luck with the Super Hawaii, I've always like that boat.
The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.
I agree with Z, those turn fins are WAY to high to do any good, I know,,,I used the same ones on my SH.
They need to be lowered now, not later.

Did you ever decide on what motor you are going to use

im getting this rudder with 6 inch set back to put it right behing the stinger http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...ros-rud-dualpu
what do you guys think
just a kid with a super hawaii project
you might just go with a side rudder set up since you are single prop. (like most other boats out there) (of course there is something to be said for being different)
that is a sweet stinger I would love to get my hands on a couple of those.
good luck, I can't wait to hear how it runs.
The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.
im gonna be different and mount the prop behind the stinger.
lol i just got stabed with that bullet nut i bought lol
thanks
just a kid with a super hawaii project
ok im thinking going lipo!!!!!!!!!what lipo do yall recomend ???
just a kid with a super hawaii project
cant help you with lipos, but the boats looks great!.....besides those turn fins. The bottom screw hole fo the fins should be where the outside screw hole for the trim tabs. In fact I would utilize the hole for the trim tabs and use it for the bottom screw/bolt of the fin. Wont look really good, but it'll look like you know what you're doing. With the fins where they are now, once you're on plane, they'll be completely out of the water.
Again nice job though, hardware and install look good so far.
BOATS CAN FLY AND SHOULD!
I agree, your turn fins are too high, you need to move them down or get longer ones, once your boat is on plane, they probably wont even touch the water, and will be useless.
Twin power =
