Default 32 in aeromarine jersey skiff

first off there is nothing great about my skiff but it does run great and stable and really wanted to generate some interest in this class boat they are a hoot to drive for sure

Cool I'm curious how does it handle in comparison to the popular designs of today? I feel like it would be a great racing class.

Looks like a lot of fun would make for some great racing action in race water chop especially.

We had a class of two 1/6 scales and to make the three boat minimum Dick R. entered his Neu powered Gas Skiff (which caught fire ) at WWVIII last year. Great fun (no we weren't driving blindfolded - they have some charming turning characteristics)

These are SO MUCH FUN. It's a shame that more aren't being rigged and raced. Mine sits on the lonely shelf with no one to play with

Unfortunate we don't see more of them being run. These things are awesome and really require a good driver for good consistent lap times.

They require a driving learning curve to get them around the turns as they lean/unvent the prop/plop down & bite/ and on and on.
Because they're relatively slow they get shunned by the IwannaGoFaster crowd. As an old fart I'm tickeled to run at less than warp speed ('tho I have a few of those as well)

Ron, looks great - you must be practicing driving it - the turns aren't too wild Looks like a little torque roll to starboard - might drop the right tab a hair.

These are the only drivers I found that are "right-sized". Got the unpainted ones, bought a Testors paint kit for $11 & had some fun.

    How's the heat with the M445 & 2030 ? Are you running a submerged prop ?

Tony I had to cut them down a little was a little much but I'm holding about 200 deg. In 60 deg. weather I'm sure it will need a little more when summer rolls around. When I get back out going to try a 440 to see how that does too

Mike you start loosing magnets at approx 180'F.
I try to keep my motors and ESCs at or below 135.
Try a M cut x442 on that boat. That's what we ran in SOWEGA last year.
