Looks like it is at home in the snow, and look good.

Also how were your temps after that run ?

So what hardware in on it ?

Really can not see it in the pictures,

I guess it is a inline rudder from what I can see.

Where you using that green plastic prop in the video ?
If so that snow may dull it on you.
Also watch that brake away bolt in that rudder,
If you hit something it may take out your transom.
See if you can find a plastic one for it.

    No, i have another propeller.
    Octura x442.
Snow is high half meter so there is no chance for any kind of damage.

Thats the boat I plan on building next. I've always wondered how you connect the rear hardware? I don't see any easy way to get the inside rear to tighten bolts.

It's not quite as hard as it looks. It's much easier if you install the strut first. I hold the nut with a pair of needle nose Vise-Grips and work the back side with a hex scewdriver. It doesnt take long to find the bolt.

I use a 7/32" socket and 1/4" drive extension. Works like a charm. You can start the nuts holding them with silicone water tubing. Easy Peasy...

Cool build and nice video !! Thanks for sharing. Should have had my Geico fired up last night after the snow stopped... Might fire it up today if the kids don't trash all the snow...

Thanks for the info; I want to learn as much about building a boat before I order stuff. I have some physical limitations and want to know as much as I can. The one thing I know will be tough is drilling the holes for the driveline and such.

There is nothing terribly difficult about building a boat. You just have to learn a few tricks to get through it. And that's what we're here for. Start a thread when you decide on a hull and we'll help you through the process. You can PM me any time also.

The first and hardest part of any build is saving enough money; I'm a budget builder so it can take a while. At least I can take out the motor and ESC of my current boat for my new one. I just ordered a Leopard 4082 2200KV; so my next big order will be the 32' Fightercat Hull; when money appears in my bank account of course.
