If you check out the leopard website and compare both brands the specs are exactly the same, right down to resistance and idle current.
Each company claims to make their motors, different contact info for each company, different districts in the same city.
Suxfly offers a design your own brand right on the front page.
I have no idea, draw your own conclusion. It's China could very well be two entirely different companies making exactly the same thing next door to each other!
