    Exclamation MiniMono Vibration/Alignment Problem.

I recently picked up a used Aquacraft Minimono and have a problem that I hope someone smarter than me knows how to fix. There is a solid coupler connectiing the prop shaft and motor shaft. I cant not for the life of me get rid of the vibration. It seems that its impossible to get the coupler on the motor shaft straight. This has caused problems because the grub screws back out of the coupler before I can get 10ft with the boat and, just recently, I broke the shaft off in the coupler, and the rest of the shaft w/ prop when out the back, to the bottom of the lake. When I run the motor at the lowest rpm, I can see it not centered/straight. What can I do to stop the vibration?
