    Those things look to be pretty quick out of the box.

    What ESC did you drop in it?

    Good video & a quick boat. From what I can tell it looks as fast as a supervee.

    Looks like a strong runner and should handle some chop nicely. Looks to be a great sport boat.

    That HW is nice. The strut & rudder will work perfect for the Rio. If my order from Ray don't get here soon I'll order the entire set from horizon. The bottom of that hull sure is flat. Wonder why they did that??

    Because Its a sub surface drive and that wide ride pad will stay stable IMHO...

    Mike, when you can somehow, please try strong LiPo's. She will fly even closer to clouds. I was able to GPS with John ( Doby ) 32.4 MPH all stock but LiPos with stock prop. I did not try my new X642 prop on Lipos yet and hoping to see more speed on Johns GPS...
