Leopard 4082 2200 kv with an x642 will get you up into mid to upper 50's.......................i believe the canopy clearance is not an issue on the Mystic.

You may even try an x645 but need a 180+ amp ESC minimum.

Running a 3 blade 45 mm is like running a 2 blade 48mm prop, too much heat at the solder joints. Sounds like the ESC and motor survived it.

Do u think that's to much prop? Will that prop work with the 4082 motor and 180 esc? Is that y my temps r higher?

u need to change ur motor connections to 6.5mm or better and ur batts to 5mm. the connections seem to be the week link in all these fe boats.
used to own a mystic. i was running a sf 200+ and cc 2200 w/ m645 all 6.5 connections. i was running upper 50's with no meltdowns. everything nice cool

Thanks for the input. I think I'm going with the 8mm to be on the safe side. I'm upgrading the motor and esc to the 4074 and 180 seaking. Do u think the prop is to big?

Try an x642 if its the 2000kv 4074, or an x640 if its the 2200kv.
