Hope you have a better place to run! Seems kinda pointless when you can't pull the trigger for more than 3 seconds.
Would love to see it run where you can open it up and see what it really does!
Be interesting to see how long the hull survives at that speed.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Thats a sick boat there Random...............sounds mean and spooky in the vid with the echos. Are you running two 4s packs or one? I'm asking cuz thats ALOT of prop for a T180 to handle with a 4082 2200kv...............they like to premature LVC as most know. I bet on a long stretch your boat would gps at 58-60 mph..............nice ride!!

You can lower the LVC to 3.0v, or 2.8v for more runtime.

Will that hurt the battery's ? Or is it just the esc going nuts?

The T180's quite often wont allow you to use 80-90% of your pack, they LVC early, especially with a 1p setup like yours. I went to a 2p in my Pursuit and it stopped happening. Setiing it at 2.8v is not recommended, but I do it and have had no issues with my batts, 3.0v and you're fine for sure.

That is one scarry handling boat . Looks like when you touch the rudder wheel you have to be ready for it to go any where . It's an accident wating to happen . A boat at 55 or 60 that's almost out of control is dangerous .

That is the video that pushed me over to fast electrics! I ditched the idea of resurrecting my old Prather Deep Vee 31' Outboard after coming across this video. The weekend before I had my boat running and I broke a driveshaft, plus I never did get a full tank of fuel run on it. I started that project back in 1993. Electric power is awesome.

Actually, there is a little icon of a filmstrip at the top of the reply window, at about center. When you click this you just paste in the link and it does it for you now.
