Default ProBoat Formula Fastech Brushless Deep came in.

First thought? It looks like a toy with those graphics. But it does have some nice hardware. The motor and flex shaft where WAAAAAAAY out of alignment. A breakage would be definite without fixing it first. I haven't driven it yet, but hope to, tomorrow.

On the bright side(sarcasm), I ordered 5 and received 1
I will probably be on the list for the next run, who the hell knows when that will be!

I hope to get it out and see what it has. From the look of the build quality, it definitely looks worth the price. I just have to learn to deal with the color and graphics.

So have you driven it yet Steve? Any pics of the inside and hardware? Are there any ill effects of the flat ride pad or does it still handle rough water like a deep v? Sorry about all the questions, but this is looking like the perfect boat for me.

I've had 2 now - both with radio problems out of the box...so I kept the second and put in an RS310 to run my XS3 system- here's a quick vid -

as you can see there is alot of debris on the water so that shortened runs to clean steer fins.
I wish they came in white with the option of adding the decals....not to my liking. Overall I'm pleased with this RTR.
I'm using 4200mAh in this vid and they're probably down to 1/2 charge at this point. The boat won't turn left out of the box so I have some EP adjustments to make.

Gotta agreed with you on that. Certainly seems a better option, although I have only done a 'video' comparison!!
