impulse hull

just purchased a used impulse. when i opened the box and pulled it out it looks like theres a problem with the bottom hull near the front.
there is a concaved spot where the second strake starts and runs to where the hull no longer angles down and its on both sides.
is this normal or should i be concerned. could i get a few side shots and bottom shots from a couple of u so i can compare? thanks Greg
