    Default "Orange TwinCat" First season - Low cost build

    Hi,

    this is one of first runs of my new project. Just for bashing.

    Very low cost boat.

    There is some technical info:

    Hull: "Orange Cat" Carbon-Aramid 930mm
    Motors: 2x Turnigy XK3665 2100KV
    Regler: Turnigy Marine T180 2-6S
    Aku: 6S NanoTech 5000mAh 45-90C
    Servo: Bluebird BMS-760DMG LowProfile
    RX: Graupner SMC19-DS SPCM
    Prop: Alu X937 (Octura X442 next time)
    HW: All China

    That explains why it hauls the mail and why I thought it was a outrunner, twins making more noise like they do, any chance of seeing a few interior pics?

    Yep, of course. There is need more tuning inside. ESC will be modified and some miner changes will be done.

    Your are getting a butt load of RPM mid to upper range (too much actually) but little speed increase. Wrong props with 937. Neat to hear them scream though. What size are those wiredrives? 062 or 078?

    Thank you for your advice Jeff.

    Its 078 wiredrive. I think its enough.

    What prop should i use next time? I dont like X442 Octuras. Quality is poor. Quite big difference in weight L/R.

    Should i try ABC 1616/3 ?
