Hey Ya'll..
As the pond out back is getting more and more shallower do the lack of rain here in Indiana, is there anyway to get more sterring out of the stock servo, or just in general?

The classic method is to put the pushrod in the outermost hole in the servo arm, and in the innermost hole in the rudder arm. For the Spartan a longer steering arm on the servo will help, and since the Spartan rudder arm only has one hole, you can either leave the pushrod there or drill another hole closer to the rudder pivot. Remember that these boats turn sharper under power than they do when coasting through the turn.....

I didn't know if there was some secret way to give the sevo more movement.
Buy a new remote swapped out the traxxas remote and recover with a spektrom and the thing gets 50% more turn to left and right
your RX/TX are fine, you just have to adjust it as what mention above. and there's no way to make it turn any sharper if you are coasting.
Nothing More Fun than Driving A Spartan!!!
