    Default My revolt first pictures!

My revolt was at my door when I got home, got it all opened up and snapped some pics.

At first glance, it looks good so far, aside from the decals have some bubbles in a few places.
Going to give it a good once over tonite, then hope to test it out tomorrow

Thanks man, haha Just built the deck about 6 months ago.

Quick question, what are some props you would recommend for this thing? I wanna pick up a few.

Looks very good.Any issues or problems that you had to correct before hitting the water for the first run?

Nothing major, I went over everything last night, put loctite on everything, greased the shaft, through in a mr200 rx today and went to the water.

Boat ran good, gonna make some adjustments and get it to ride where I want it but for out of the box im happy with it.

Boat looks good. I like silver. The only bad part is the hatch. The window decals look like they came from a cartoon. Gives it a "toy" look. I also cant see the point in it having a strut if it cant be adjusted. The stuffing tube isnt floating coming out of the transom. Im not downing your boat, just my opinion. I wouldnt mind having one myself, but those 2 things kind of ruin it for me. Good luck with your boat and have fun.

So what would a guy need to do so he could adjust the strut?

My opinion on top speed is low to mid 30s out of the box on 4s. As far as handling between the revolt and the MC is not really comparable being one a vee and other a tunnel, I love driving the MC more then the revolt tho, they both turn very well, and both handle rougher water well.

I did try a L45x68 prop today on the revolt, I honestly didnt like it, didnt see any increse in speed, and it didnt handle as well as it did with the stock 42x55 prop. I am gonna make a few adjustments and try the new prop again tomorrow.

    Thanks for the comparison.

I hit 38mph (GPS) with the 42x55 prop in my MC. I didn't sharpen anything. I don't want to die from B copper crap in my lungs.

I think a little strut adjusting could get me to 40mph with no problems. It still seems slow to me though....

I was thinking about getting a Revolt but now not so much. I wish these things took 6S out of the box.

Anyone want to buy my MC? It has 4 runs on it as of today. GR prop and OSE Flex ($50 worth of upgrades)
