    Default quitin' chewin

    anybody have suggestions, i can get over the addiction part but the lip gets so god damned bored with nothin it. anybody have advice besides sunflower seeds?

    Your profile says you're 17 years of age. Last I check it wasn't even legal for you to buy much less chew. LOL

    I quit smoking on new years after 20 years of 2 packs a day. All I can say is find things to occupy you. I found chewing on a toothpick helped alot. I used patches but I think they are just for smokers.

    nicotine gum, seems logical to me. This coming from a 10yr pack a day smoker, that's attempted quitting a dozen times or so, quit while you're young, it only gets harder and more dangerous.

    take the money that you were gonna spend on chew and buy rc boat parts even if you have to save the money.
