Got my prop (#8). Not sharp and was not up to what I expected. Had nicks in it. I worked on it for 11/2 to get it up to snuff.

Welcome to the Old school way.

That is what he told me, They take less time to do that way.
When I ask him why two of my props looked like they just fell out the mold still with scale on them.
He said they work great that way.
I got three props from him to,
One good prop #21 x447/3 the way it should look when S & B,
    And two bad props #1 440/3 and #23 v942/3

And theirs is more out there with problems.

Why don't you guys continue to pay $35-50 for props then. The props I sold were sharpened to MY standards and I run damn fast with 'em.

You pay a piddly amount for a sharpened and balanced prop and then you bitch. Go figure.

My prop was far from sharp and had gouges in it all down the blades. I am just saying NOT up to any of my standards of a done prop.

Lenny, sometimes you do get the flashing with buying a raw prop, if that's what it was.

No they were supposed to be sharped and balanced like yours,
That thing in the picture should be on the wall of shame for how a prop should not look S&B.
The two I have look like some one started to work them.
You are lucky you are not new to FE and did not try and run it like that.
I will send mine out to be S&B the right way.

Sailr refunded my $ back. I was not expecting this at all. I also offered to give some back to him. He wouldn't take it. I just want to say thanks and that was a first class move on his part.
